Introduction
The Christian principles have majorly reflected in the holy scripture- Bible. It
possesses various concepts, ideologies, views and perceptions that can be helpful in the
management practices as well. Through the Christianity principles and the Biblical
perspective on management principles, the Bible has featured variety of stories which has
given great examples on time management, managing quality, strategy etc. In the
contemporary scenario too, the principles of this holy book is still relevant in the best
business practices related to the management principles of the business, Nicholas Leone
(February, 2015).
The business organisation needs the aim and vision so as to successfully operate it. In
terms of the aim and vision, it needs to comply with the ethics and values. In this scenario,
the Bible can easily provide the aim and vision to succeed in the business while complying
with ethics and values at the same time. The preaching of Bible can help the business
organisation to follow a path towards the excellence in each and every aspect of management
principles.

Managing Quality through Christian principles
The Quality is an essential factor of any business organisation. The business cannot
grow and achieve profitability without implementing the quality principles in the business
structure. The quality practices also enable business to work with the ethics and values. The
bible and various other Christianity resources refer quality and values as an essential element.
There are various proverbs in the Bible which emphasize on ensuring the quality principles in
the business. The same principles can also be reflected in quality management and practices
of the business organisation.

providing quality goods and services to the consumers so that the business may earn great

The ethical theories are based upon the principle of actual good and bad not the one
